Data and trust

Privacy

This page explains how Enoone’s website handles inquiries, preferences, and aggregate measurement.

Inquiry data

When you submit the form we store your name, email, message, topic, direction, and language to assess and respond to the inquiry. Access is limited to the owner and authorized administrators. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing.

Retention and your requests

Inquiries are removed from the active database after 90 days without an update, on the next cleanup cycle. A copy may temporarily remain in existing backups until their retention expires. Email us to request access, correction, or deletion; we may verify email ownership.

Aggregate measurement without tracking cookies

We count page views, vision views, and contact openings by day and language, retaining aggregates for 90 days. No visitor identifier, advertising profile, or message text is used in measurement. Browsing measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Inquiry counts come from received messages. Counts represent interactions, not unique people.

Preferences and sessions

Your browser stores appearance preferences locally and remembers the intro within its session. The admin console uses essential sign-in session cookies. Temporary request limits help prevent abuse. Operational server logs may contain network addresses and request metadata needed for operation and security.

Hosting, email, and external links

Inquiries are stored on our website server. We may use Zoho email to reply. Social links open external platforms governed by their own policies; their advertising widgets are not embedded here. We do not sell inquiry data.
